Aiga is a Samoan term and translates to family and togetherness, therefore encompassing our values of collaboration and connecting female leaders in a supportive environment.
Aiga was created by Lucy and Victoria, both professional leaders within their fields. It was founded by the desire to curate a relaxed networking event focused on bringing female decision makers together, to strengthen professional partnerships, discussing challenges and opportunities.
As busy professionals, Lucy and Victoria know that time management is critical when running an organisation therefore our Aiga events enable you to meet like minded female leaders ensuring your time is well spent.
Our Aiga events run once a quarter from 8:30-10:30am at the Dakota Deluxe in Leeds. A continental breakfast is served along with refreshments.
At our events, one of our members delivers a short talk on their respective profession, providing insight and advice on a topic requested by our members.
Lucy is Associate Director at PD Tax Consultants.
She is an experienced tax advisor and accountant, who loves to help businesses solve problems and save on their tax.
Lucy delivers straight talking tax advice to entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and owner managed businesses.
Outside of work, Lucy has a crazy cocker spaniel, Indie, who she enjoys taking on long walks!
Victoria is CEO, Founder & Director of CYBERFIT.
Her passion is to Inspire Cyber Wellbeing,
CYBERFIT enables organisations around the globe to view their live threat landscape with through the utilisation of CYBERFIT'S
inhouse bespoke software.
She has 12 years of entrepreneurial experience, 8 years as an executive coach and now works closely with the future talent pipeline as a mentor.
